Room cleanliness issues are quite apparent!!! The outdated room decor needs significant updates!!! Air conditioning inconsistencies make for an uncomfortable stay!!! Not to mention that some common areas lack suitable seating options!!!

The room was clean and I loved how comfy the bed was after a long day exploring. The hotel offers a great gym nearby and a cozy lounge area to unwind. The only hiccup was the bathroom size, which could use a bit of extra space, but overall, I had a fantastic experience! 😊

Had an amazing group getaway with friends! We loved visiting Islands Brygge Harbour Baths for a relaxing day, and DFDS Canal Tours was a fun adventure on the water. The location was perfect, close to the metro and shops, making it easy to explore. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff were super friendly—definitely a highlight of our stay.

However, our rooms were quite hot and outdated, and this made for a less comfortable experience. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work well, which was frustrating, especially during warm weather.

We enjoyed our two-night stay in a spacious family room. The staff were friendly, although we had a few hiccups with room cleanliness. The on-site dining offered delicious breakfast options. Future guests should check their room thoroughly upon arrival.

However, the room was pretty basic—just three drawers and no water glasses. I was left scratching my head over the request for housekeeping. after waiting all day, our room still wasn't cleaned, and it took a lot of back and forth for towels. Not a dream situation!

My room felt basic. outdated decor with only a few drawers and no proper air conditioning made for some uncomfortable nights. One of the elevators was out of service, leading to long waits. While the staff was friendly, there were times when their response was slow, especially regarding housekeeping requests. Overall, the service could improve to match the decent amenities.

I had a fantastic stay at Scandic in Copenhagen! The comfortable bed and extensive breakfast options made my mornings good. Although room cleanliness could be improved, the fast Wi-Fi and friendly staff added to my enjoyable experience. I would definitely return for another visit!
